Booking Terms & Travel Conditions

Hereinafter referred to as “NYERÉ” or the “Organiser”.

NYERÉ takes place from 28 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 at:

The planned group size is between 8 and 12 participants.

The booking includes accommodation, meals and the retreat programme for one total price. The booking may therefore constitute a package-travel contract under Sections 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code.

The mandatory rights granted to travellers under applicable package-travel law remain unaffected by these Terms.

Before entering into the contract, participants will receive the legally required package-travel information and information concerning insolvency protection.

Submitting the “Request Your Place” form is non-binding and does not itself create a contract.

After reviewing the request and checking availability, NYERÉ will send an individual booking offer by email. The offer will specify:

• Room category
• Applicable price
• Included services
• Payment deadline
• Bank details
• These Booking Terms
• The applicable package-travel information
• Information concerning insolvency protection

A binding contract is formed when the participant accepts the offer in writing or makes the requested payment within the stated acceptance period.

NYERÉ will then issue a written booking confirmation.

The applicable price depends on the room category and the date on which a complete booking request is received, provided the booking offer is accepted and paid within the period stated in the offer.

Matched twin room: €590 per person

Standard: 15 October to 30 November 2026
Single room: €1,590 total
Matched twin room: €1,190 per person

Late Booking: from 1 December 2026, subject to availability
Single room: €1,990 total
Matched twin room: €1,790 per person

All prices are per participant unless expressly stated otherwise.

A request submitted within a pricing period does not indefinitely reserve that price. The price is secured only when the individual booking offer is accepted and payment is received within the stated period.

Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, the retreat price includes:

• Five nights' accommodation in the confirmed room category
• The NYERÉ retreat programme from 28 December 2026 to 2 January 2027
• Scheduled yoga, meditation and reflection sessions
• Scheduled workshops and group experiences
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and the refreshments described in the retreat programme
• Water and tea during the retreat
• Use of the retreat facilities made available to the group
• Any retreat materials or welcome items expressly confirmed in the booking

The detailed programme may be adapted where reasonably necessary while preserving the retreat's overall character.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, the price does not include:

• Travel to or from Málaga or the retreat venue
• Flights, trains, buses, taxis or private transfers
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Additional food, drinks or activities not included in the programme
• Medical treatment
• Individually booked accommodation before or after the retreat

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and arriving at the agreed time.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account stated in the individual booking offer.

The applicable payment amount and deadline will be stated in the booking confirmation. A payment is deemed received when it has been credited to the Organiser's account.

NYERÉ will not request or accept advance payments before the legally required insolvency protection is in place and the participant has received the necessary information concerning that protection.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, NYERÉ may withdraw the offer or, after an appropriate reminder, withdraw from an existing contract in accordance with applicable law.

The retreat requires a minimum of six confirmed participants.

If the minimum number has not been reached, NYERÉ may withdraw from the contract by informing participants no later than 31 October 2026.

Where NYERÉ withdraws for this reason, all retreat payments received will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

Participants are advised to wait until the retreat has been confirmed before purchasing non-refundable travel or to choose flexible travel arrangements.

Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.

Participants may withdraw from the contract at any time before the retreat begins by notifying NYERÉ in writing. Email notification to herden.mona@web.de is sufficient.

The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total retreat price:

• 90 or more days before the retreat: 0%
• 60–89 days before the retreat: 20%
• 30–59 days before the retreat: 50%
• 8–29 days before the retreat: 80%
• 7 days or fewer before the retreat or non-attendance: 100%

The charges take account of the time remaining before the retreat, the expenses NYERÉ is expected to save and the possibility of reallocating the accommodation and retreat place.

The participant may demonstrate that no loss occurred or that the appropriate compensation is substantially lower than the stated charge.

If NYERÉ reallocates the cancelled place, the cancellation charge will be reduced to reflect the income received through that reallocation and any expenses saved.

Mandatory rights to withdraw without compensation, including those arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances under applicable package-travel law, remain unaffected.

A participant may request that another suitable person enter into the contract in their place.

A transfer request received at least seven days before the retreat is considered timely. NYERÉ may object only where the replacement participant does not meet the relevant participation or travel requirements.

The original and replacement participants are jointly responsible for the retreat price and any reasonable additional costs actually caused by the transfer. NYERÉ will provide evidence of such additional costs.

NYERÉ may withdraw from the contract:

• If the stated minimum number of participants has not been reached and notice is given by 31 October 2026
• If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent performance of the retreat
• In other circumstances permitted by mandatory law

Where NYERÉ withdraws, it will refund the retreat price without undue delay and, where required by law, no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

NYERÉ does not provide or sell participant transport. Independently booked third-party services are not part of the retreat contract. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.

The published itinerary is intended to describe the planned retreat. Individual session times, facilitators, meal arrangements or programme elements may be adjusted where this is reasonably necessary, does not materially alter the overall character of the retreat and does not reduce its value.

Any significant contractual change will be communicated in accordance with applicable package-travel law. Mandatory participant rights in the event of a significant change remain unaffected.

Participants may book a single room, request to share with a named companion or request a matched twin room, subject to availability.

For matched twin rooms, NYERÉ will consider the preferences participants voluntarily provide. A perfect match or fulfilment of every preference cannot be guaranteed.

Roommates' contact details will be exchanged before the retreat only if both participants consent.

Where a participant booked a matched twin room but no suitable roommate is available, NYERÉ will contact the participant before making any change to the room category or price. No additional charge will be imposed without the participant's agreement or another legal basis.

The retreat includes physical movement, yoga, breath practices, meditation and reflective exercises. Participation in individual activities is voluntary.

Participants are responsible for assessing whether the retreat and individual practices are suitable for them and should seek medical advice where they have relevant health concerns, injuries, are pregnant or are undergoing treatment.

NYERÉ does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical treatment. Scientific and educational information presented during the retreat is general information and not individual medical advice.

Participants should inform NYERÉ of relevant limitations or support needs where this is necessary for safe participation. Instructors may suggest modifications or ask a participant not to perform a particular exercise where there is an evident safety concern.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law.

Meals are intended to be vegetarian or vegan as described on the website or in the booking confirmation.

Participants must inform NYERÉ of allergies and dietary requirements in sufficient time before the retreat. NYERÉ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requirements but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment or exclude all traces of particular allergens.

Where a requirement cannot reasonably be accommodated, NYERÉ will inform the participant as early as possible.

Participants are expected to treat other guests, facilitators, staff, the venue and its surroundings respectfully.

NYERÉ may take proportionate action where a participant seriously disrupts the retreat, endangers another person, harasses others or intentionally damages property. Depending on the circumstances, this may include excluding the participant from an activity or terminating their continued participation where legally justified.

Mandatory rights and any requirement to consider the circumstances of the individual case remain unaffected.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid identification, travel documents and any necessary health or travel documentation.

NYERÉ strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, injury, transport disruption and participation in yoga and other physical activities.

Participants should report any problem or failure in the agreed travel services to NYERÉ without undue delay so that an appropriate solution can be attempted.

Failure to report a problem may affect statutory rights only to the extent provided by applicable law.

NYERÉ is responsible for the proper performance of the agreed package-travel services in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for injury to life, body or health, intentional conduct, gross negligence, mandatory package-travel obligations or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Participants remain responsible for loss or damage they culpably cause to the venue, its property or third parties.

Participation in photographs, videos or testimonials for marketing purposes is voluntary.

Any consent for identifiable promotional photography or video will be requested separately and will not be a condition of booking. Refusing consent will not affect participation in the retreat.

Participants should respect the privacy of other guests and should not publish identifiable images or personal information about them without permission.

Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the NYERÉ Privacy Policy available on the website.

German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the participant's country of residence.

Any agreement concerning jurisdiction applies only where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer venues and rights remain unaffected.

If an individual provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The applicable statutory rule replaces the invalid provision.
